Framework Agreement for Software Procurement and Software Governance Services

Software brokerage services for the procurement, renewal, and follow-up of software licenses, software subscriptions, SaaS solutions, cloud subscriptions, and AI subscriptions used within VRT to support its business and operational processes. This includes both standard software and specialized software, such as media software and software licenses for workstation, server, and data center environments, as well as software that supports the entire lifecycle of digital products, from design and development through testing and deployment to monitoring, operational management, and continuous improvement. The contractor supports VRT in the acquisition and follow-up of software available through usual reseller and distribution channels and is responsible for proactive license management, contract management, vendor management, and renewal management, including the timely follow-up of expiration dates, maintenance contracts, and license renewals. The contractor also assists VRT in achieving an optimal price-performance ratio. Microsoft and Adobe licenses are not part of this contract.
