Urban and operational project management for ZAC du Pré Gauchet in Nantes: includes monitoring and animation of the urban project, architectural and urban coordination, project management for public space development works, and inter-site coordination. Required competencies: urban planner/architect, landscape (adapted to environmental and climate change challenges), urban and environmental engineering, VRD, infrastructure, hydraulic management, and OPC-I. The group leader must be an urban planner; a member cannot be the leader in more than one group. No exclusivity clause is imposed. Selection criteria: competence, proposed means and organization, relevance and adequacy of references.
