Roof and Rainwater Downpipe Refurbishment for Chinon A2 and A3

Roof and rainwater downpipe refurbishment for Chinon A2 and A3: securing of roofs and their access, repair and/or diversion of rainwater downpipes, partial or total roof refurbishment. The technical scope includes approximately 20 roofs with a total surface area of approximately 10,640 m² and heights between 5 and 50 meters. Existing roof types are dry trays, bituminous coatings, and PVC coatings. Dry trays are to be covered with a bituminous complex. PVC roofs can be repaired with the same material or completely replaced by a bituminous complex. The contract includes a firm part, an optional part, and unit prices for complementary repairs.
