Framework agreement for lightweight system construction of fiber composite structures: Duration 4 years. Includes calculation and dimensioning, construction of fiber composite structures, access to cleanroom at least ISO Class 8, machine capacities (autoclave at least 10 bar, 400°C, winding machine), experienced personnel capacities in fiber composite technology, expertise for manufacturing monolithic and damage-tolerant designs using RI, RFI, DP-RTM, spin winding, integral winding, special modification of pressing technology. Production of various test specimens in qualification and test programs. Manufacturing steps from semi-finished product production to mechanical processing and assembly of test specimens or larger test structures must be EN9100 certified (by Airbus). Customer-specific requirements and processes are qualified and monitored by regular audits. Further requirements as per the tender documents.
