Framework Agreement for Daily and Major Maintenance of Modular Pavements and Street Furniture 2027-2028

Maintenance of modular pavements and street furniture in the municipality of Gouda: daily and major maintenance of modular and semi-pavements and street furniture. This includes emergency repairs due to urgent reports, planned repairs due to reports, earthworks and pipework for maintenance activities, daily maintenance of modular and semi-pavements ( 200 m² per section/road segment), small adjustments, changes, and reconstructions of public spaces, repair and incidental replacement of street furniture and road signage, preparation of traffic management plans for execution, and implementation of measures to ensure accessibility. Additionally, setting up and maintaining an on-call service, handling reports, and obtaining necessary permits for own work are part of the contract. The area to be maintained comprises approximately 1,800,000 m² of modular pavements and approximately 52,000 m² of semi-paved roads.
