Framework Agreement for Temporary Accommodation

Delivery of temporary accommodation (units) for social facilities: maximum duration of 15 years per location. Includes temporary schools, school annexes, emergency classrooms, childcare facilities, shelters for homeless individuals, asylum seekers, refugees, and crisis accommodation, temporary care homes, construction site offices, office units, temporary workplaces for municipalities or project organizations, community rooms, community centers, municipal information points, cultural or social meeting spaces, sports canteens, changing rooms, storage rooms for sport equipment, and other facilities such as beach pavilions. Procurement can be via rental, purchase, or rent-to-own.
