Framework agreement for maintenance services of playground equipment

Maintenance of playground equipment: in approximately 60 municipal nursery schools and 18 children's parks in Bærum. The contract can also be used for other locations with playground equipment, either by permanently including new ones during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. Annual inspections of playground equipment are not included; separate framework agreements exist for these. Tenderers who check or inspect playground equipment for the contracting authority cannot be awarded a contract for maintenance of the same playground equipment during the contract period; this also applies to sub-suppliers. Estimated annual call-offs: approximately NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. Maximum total amount for the framework agreement: NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT. Contract period: 4 years from contract signing. Termination notice: 6 months written.
