Framework Agreement Caretaker Services for München Klinik gGmbH

Caretaker services: demand-oriented execution of caretaker, inspection, cleaning, maintenance, and assembly work in technical and infrastructural building management. This includes inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of outdoor facilities, terraces, balconies, light shafts, gullies, emergency exits, fire department access areas, and play equipment; roof and drainage inspections including cleaning of gutters, downpipes, and roof gullies; delivery, assembly, and disassembly of signs, pictures, side and ram protection, and other furnishings; cleaning of ventilation outlets; general craft activities and support services; cellar clearances as well as dismantling and disassembly work; monthly inspection of hold-open devices according to Deutsches Institut für Normung. Excluded are interior cleaning of buildings and tree care.
