Framework Agreement Tunnel and Rock Protection 2026-2028

Framework agreement for tunnel and rock protection works in Trøndelag and Møre og Romsdal: cleaning and bolting protection, establishing new and improving existing water and frost protection in tunnels, clearing and bolt protection in cuttings, establishing different types of meshes (ice nets, erosion networks etc.), improvements and establishment of new security measures in the open air on European and national roads. Measures will vary in extent. Concrete projects include: E6 Kvam – clearing and work protection cutting, modification of the existing network; E6 Cleansed – clearing and work securing cutting, assembly of an ice network; E39 Søvassdalen – clearing and work securing cutting, assembly of an ice network; E39 Brusdalen – clearing and work securing cutting; E136 Sørnes tunnel – clearing and securing, establishment of a new water and frost protection vault. Timetables for public transport must be considered. Routines for emergency services must be established. All traffic deviations/driving vehicles in tunnels for work must be clarified by the traffic conductor with work teams in the tunnel before emergency services are released. Significant focus will be placed on contract work notification as work is ongoing on the existing road network. The location of the traffic conductor must always be risk-assessed in the contractor's work warning plan. Parallel framework agreements with up to 3 contractors per area are desired.
