Apartment clearance services for Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH in the city area of Leipzig: includes living spaces and associated ancillary rooms (e.g., cellars, attics, storage rooms, outbuildings, and mailboxes) in buildings up to 16 stories. Services comprise inspection, creation of an inventory list with photographic documentation and approximate valuation of usable items, obtaining necessary permits, support in securing relevant documents, complete clearance of apartments including dismantling of fixtures, sorting, packaging, and securing of valuables, transport of all items, separation and professional disposal of household waste, bulky waste, old electrical appliances, hazardous substances, and other waste including disposal certificates, data protection-compliant destruction of personal documents and deletion of digital data carriers, creation of a broom-clean condition, and execution of necessary sealing and securing measures (e.g., closing shut-off valves, attaching end caps or odor traps), electronic documentation of all services, storage of valuables and usable items in suitable, secured warehouses, and their utilization through auction or sale. The estimated scope of services is approximately 130 apartment clearances per calendar year; this is a non-binding estimate with no claim to full utilization.
