Building history surveys: Framework agreement for the preparation of surveys for public buildings owned by the City of Helsinki, managed by the urban environment sector. This includes buildings from the education, social and health, culture and leisure sectors, as well as office and commercial buildings. The surveys are intended for basic renovation, modernization, extension, and new construction projects, as well as for demolition and sales situations. Additionally, studies of the built cultural environment and characteristic feature analyses for land use planning may be included. The surveys serve as an important basis for renovation planning, supplemented by condition surveys, laser scanning, and initial data models. 6 to 8 suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement. Order allocation will follow a percentage distribution key based on the most economically advantageous evaluation: Position 1: 38-20%, Position 2: 28-15%, Position 3: 23-10%, Position 4: 18-5%, Position 5: 15-3%, Position 6: 15-3%, Position 7: 10-0%, Position 8: 10-0%. This key describes the monetary distribution of orders. The estimated value without VAT is 4,000,000 EUR, with a maximum estimated total value of 6,000,000 EUR (including possible option periods).
