Services for outdoor facilities and sewerage: for the renovation and extension of Katharinengrundschule in Straelen. The project includes the new construction of a two-story year group house (GFA 5,573 m²) and a two-story administration wing (GFA 2,944 m²) in timber frame construction as an extension to the existing school building (built 1969 and 1992). Two connecting corridors will be built to link to the existing structure. Implementation occurs in two construction phases: 1. Construction of the year group house, 2. Construction of the administration wing. Execution deadlines are specified in the construction contract.
