Manufacturing, delivery, and installation of ventilation and air conditioning systems for the new Gesamtschule Nord+ in Kassel: ventilation for all rooms (classrooms, administrative offices, library), a ventilation system for the kitchen, a separate roof ventilator for greasy exhaust air, a regular ventilation system for the canteen, a mechanical smoke extraction system up to the roof with a combined duct for room exhaust and smoke extraction. Installation of various small ventilation systems for the waste room, emergency lighting, laboratory exhaust. Construction of a chimney system for the ceramic kiln exhaust within an L90 lightweight shaft. Installation of ducting for the existing dust extraction system of woodworking machines. Sound insulation measures between room partitions according to building physics-acoustics planning, including additional silencers and claddings as required by sound insulation specifications. The client reserves the right to transfer cost groups 200 and 400 partially or entirely to a municipal utility provider.
