HVAC systems for the renovation of a reinforced concrete high-rise building with surrounding escape balconies and attached low-rise buildings (2 basements, ground floor, 1st to 6th floor, top floor with technical center): One HVAC system with cooling and heating register, silencer, heat recovery (HRG), KVS system including pump station and all hydraulic components, filters, 30,000 m³/h (supply and exhaust air locally separated); one HVAC supply/exhaust air system with cooling and heating register, humidification, silencer (SD), HRG, filters, 6,500 m³/h; one HVAC supply/exhaust air system with cooling and heating register, SD, HRG, filters, steel spring vibration isolators, 6,000 m³/h; two HVAC cabinet systems for supply/exhaust air with cooling and heating register, filters, 2,700 m³/h; one special exhaust air system with two parallel plastic fans, soundproof cabin, filters, louvre and control dampers, 4,000 m³/h each; one compact HVAC supply/exhaust air system with heating register, ceiling mounting, SD, HRG, filters, 550 m³/h. Additionally, three outdoor air intake and exhaust air towers: one with approx. 1.5 m diameter, approx. 3.7 m total height for 33,000 m³/h; one combined tower with Ø1600 mm, approx. 5.5 m total height for 10,000 m³/h; one with approx. 0.7 m diameter, approx. 4 m total height for 5,000 m³/h. Furthermore, 5,344 m² galvanized steel air ducts and fittings (edge length 0 to over 2,000 mm); approx. 1,500 m galvanized steel spiral-seam ducts DN 80 to DN 355 including fittings, other components and fastenings; approx. 650 m² PPS air ducts and fittings, rectangular (edge length 0 to over 2,000 m); approx. 750 m galvanized steel PP pipe AD 75 to DN 500 including fittings, components and fastenings; approx. 180 fire dampers (BSK), rectangular or round, electronically controlled; approx. 430 constant volume flow controllers (VSR) and approx. 150 variable VSR, rectangular or round; approx. 277 round silencers (SD) and approx. 25 rectangular baffle silencers; approx. 400 outlets of different types and sizes.
