Delivery of four identical Real-Time PCR Thermocyclers: including control and analysis software, 96 reaction positions in plate format, support for at least five fluorescence channels (FAM/SYBR Green, HEX/VIC/YY, ROX, TAMRA, Cy5), simultaneous determination of at least four targets with secure channel separation, control via external computer and internal memory for computer-independent operation. Delivery, installation, setup, and user training are to be completed within a maximum of ten weeks after contract award.
