Realization of Master Plan for Rijkskantoor Westraven in Utrecht

Phased realization and coordination of the entire work as general contractor: The Rijkskantoor Westraven currently comprises approximately 53,700 m² gross floor area (GFA), increasing to approximately 55,000 m² GFA after completion. The building structure includes a high-rise with 23 floors (excluding basement and roof structure) and a low-rise with 5 wings, each with 4 floors (excluding roof structure). Services cover construction costs, interior construction, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, building physics, circularity, indoor garden landscaping, sustainability, security, fire safety, construction, installation technology (electrical and ICT), quality assurance, system engineering, safety & health, and climate technology. During the works, maintenance of operational parts of the complex remains with contracted maintenance contractors; coordination is required for temporary situations, partial commissioning, and the impact of extensive works.
