Routine Maintenance of Roadside Greenery for Prague, Part 12

Maintenance works for roadside greenery: Routine upkeep of green areas along roads within the contracting authority's jurisdiction in a defined area of Prague (Part 12). The scope of services is defined by a list of required works and services, with an overview of areas in Annex 14 and the territorial demarcation in Annex 13a and 13b. Annex 12 includes a price model for bid calculation, detailing the works and services, including their expected frequencies and quantities for one calendar year. Frequency and quantity may be adjusted based on conditions. Works are performed according to general DIR (special use permit for construction works on roads under § 25 para. 6 letter c) point 3 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll.), with traffic sign costs included in unit prices. For specific works like tree felling (under § 24 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll.), traffic signs may be ordered separately by the contracting authority and paid extra. The scope also includes emergency work for tree removal from roads after natural disasters or unforeseen calamities; a 24/7 hotline is required for this. Partial services are managed via the CDSw-zeleň application, which maintains the greenery passport. The contracting authority uses the application to set the annual maintenance plan, transmit requirements for additional activities (type, frequency, location, time), and adjust plan requirements. All activities, reporting, and invoicing are conducted via CDSw-zeleň. The selected supplier must purchase a license if not already owned; license costs for the entire contract duration will not exceed 20,000 CZK. The contracting authority provides training for the system. License acquisition is a condition for contract conclusion. Further items as per the tender documents.
