Rehabilitation works (Climate Plan) for a residential complex with 142 dwellings: includes an R+10 building with 135 dwellings (built 1960s, 6,700 m² living area) and an extension with 7 dwellings (built 1992, 660 m² living area). Works will take place in an occupied environment. Main services include the installation of new lightweight, insulated prefabricated timber frame facades (incl. thermal insulation, windows, solar shading) for the R+10 building, external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) and window replacement for the 7-dwelling building, insulation and renovation of flat roofs, renovation of common areas and outdoor spaces, improvement of ventilation and domestic hot water production, renovation of electrical installations in the dwellings, and occasional repair of wet rooms. Certifications: Bâtiments Durables Franciliens (BDF), NF Habitat with HPE Rénovation label, and territorialisation Ville de Paris. Services are paid at fixed prices.
