Rehabilitation of secondary district heating networks at PT 108, PT 209, PT 210, PT 215, PT 521, PT 523 and PT 868: Includes the preparation of design documentation for all necessary approvals and authorizations, DTAC, technical projects with execution details, verification of projects by authorized verifiers, site safety and health plan, AS-BUILT documentation (including technical books of constructions/installations), approval of control and verification plans by the State Inspectorate for Construction. Also included are technical assistance from the designer during the investment period, acquisition of materials and equipment, execution of works, commissioning of installations, and testing and commissioning. During this period, a training program for the operator's personnel must be conducted. The estimated total value is 49,899,504.96 Lei without VAT, broken down into design services (technical project, execution details, DTAC, maintenance and operation manuals, as-built documentation, including technical assistance from the designer) of 1,801,981.34 Lei without VAT, site organization of 282,625.00 Lei without VAT, personnel training, technological trials and tests of 52,239.64 Lei without VAT, and execution of works of 47,762,658.98 Lei without VAT. The contract duration is 24 months, of which 6 months are for design.
