Cleaning and hygiene services for an administrative building in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a total area of 2,034.09 m²: includes 49 offices (3 director's offices, 1 reception/meeting room), 4 storage rooms, 3 sanitary rooms (with 7 toilets), 3 corridors, 3 foyers, a staircase, and a 360 m² archive in the basement. Floor coverings consist of parquet or laminate (1,159.09 m²), mosaic (465 m²), and terracotta (50 m²). The window area is 222.63 m². The service period is from 04.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. Daily cleaning activities include: washing and disinfecting sanitary facilities (toilets, sinks, mirrors, fittings, floors, walls, doors, sanitary ceramics, accessories), waste disposal from sanitary facilities (twice daily, one time between 12:00 and 14:00), sweeping and washing hard floors in offices, sweeping and washing staircases, foyers, and corridors, emptying office waste bins, refilling sanitary consumables (3-ply toilet paper, paper hand towels, liquid soap) in each toilet (twice daily, one time between 12:00 and 14:00), including cleaning for unexpected contamination or special occasions. Monthly cleaning activities include: cleaning of storage and archive rooms (once monthly), cleaning of 1 refrigerator (once monthly, every last Friday of the month). Main cleaning activities over the contract term include: washing windows in offices and service rooms (incl. frames, glazing, partition walls) (four times), washing blinds (two times), washing windows in common areas (entrances, foyers, staircases) (four times), washing doors (four times). Additional activities include: snow and ice removal in front of the building entrance, spreading salt and de-icing agents (twice for a one-month period each per contract term). All cleaning agents and consumables are at the contractor's expense and must be compatible with existing building accessories. Required products include: cleaner for hard floors (incl. parquet), cleaner for sanitary facilities, window cleaner, WC cleaner, liquid toilet soap, 3-ply white toilet paper, garbage bags (53/60 - 35 l and 80/100 - 35 l), paper hand towels, WC air fresheners (in a basket or equivalent method), further items as per the tender documents.
