Cleaning, Maintenance, and Transport Services for Opole Oncology Center and Provincial Hospital in Opole

Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for hospital and administration premises, green area maintenance, internal and external transport, and cooperation with medical personnel in patient care for the Opole Oncology Center and Provincial Hospital in Opole: Services are to be provided according to the detailed service conditions in Appendices 2 and 2.1 to 2.7, as well as Appendices 3 and 3.1 to 3.2, and the contract template in Appendix 4. Proof for disinfectants, cleaning, and maintenance products is required (safety data sheets, biocidal product authorizations, microbiological efficacy studies, product catalogs). Reusable cleaning materials (cloths, mops) must be cleaned in an external laundry with a hygienic barrier and a positive opinion from the State District Sanitary Inspector. The offer binding period ends on 10.12.2026.
