Cleaning and Green Area Maintenance Services for Łódź Provincial Police Headquarters and Subordinate Units

Comprehensive cleaning services for office premises, external areas, and green space maintenance at the Łódź Provincial Police Headquarters and its subordinate units. The service includes cleaning of office rooms, communication routes, stairwells, social rooms, sanitary facilities, and rooms for detained persons (PdOZ), using the contractor's own equipment and cleaning agents. Internal cleaning takes place daily from Monday to Friday during agreed hours, with exceptions for one, two, three, or six times a week cleaning as per attachments 4, 4A, 4B, and 5. External area cleaning and green space maintenance also occur daily from Monday to Friday, with exceptions as per attachments 4, 4A, 4B, and 5. The surface areas provided in the pricing form (attachments 2.1-2.15) are estimated for price calculation and may change; the total value of services will not exceed the contract amount. Final quantities depend on the actual needs and available budget of the contracting authority, which commits to realizing at least 70% of the contract value. All costs, including seasonal activities such as snow removal and personnel costs, must be included in the offer price. The contractor must employ staff under employment contracts according to the Polish Labor Code (Act of 26.06.1974) or comparable EU/EEA regulations, excluding self-employed individuals. Civil liability insurance of at least 100,000.00 PLN is required. Detailed descriptions are provided in attachments 3, 4, 4A, 4B, 5.1-5.15, 6, and 15.
