Cleaning and Hygiene Services for Dr. Victor Gomoiu Children's Clinical Hospital

Cleaning and hygiene services for medical areas (wards, treatment rooms), support areas (hallways, changing rooms, storage), high epidemiological risk zones, administrative and technical areas, and the food block with related spaces (HACCP-compliant) at Dr. Victor Gomoiu Children's Clinical Hospital. The contracted cleaning area is a minimum of 21,663.50 m² to a maximum of 22,130.00 m² of the total architectural reference area of a minimum of 24,533.50 m² to a maximum of 25,000.00 m². Excluded are 2,871.12 m² of aseptic areas (operating rooms, intensive care units), which are cleaned by the hospital's own medical staff. Additionally, outpatient clinic areas of a minimum of 3,500.00 m² to a maximum of 4,343.40 m² and interior glazed surfaces of a minimum of 1,808.78 m² to a maximum of 1,850.00 m² are to be cleaned. Interior glazed surfaces require a minimum of 2 interventions per month and as needed; exterior facades and glazing in the excluded aseptic areas are not included.
