Cleaning and Maintenance Services for Residential Complexes

Cleaning and maintenance services for the common areas of SETE THAU HABITAT OPH residential complexes, including clearing and cleaning of housing units: cleaning and/or sweeping of roadways, sidewalks, entrance halls, common rooms, building surroundings, parking lots, underground garages, stairwells, and entry/exit areas for waste containers; clearing and cleaning of housing units following condition assessments. Services are to be performed across the entire territory of the Sète Agglopôle Méditerranée agglomeration and parts of the Hérault Méditerranée agglomeration (municipalities of Agde and Vias). Pricing is mixed: fixed prices for recurring services in common areas; unit prices for occasional needs in housing unit clearing and cleaning, common area cleaning and maintenance, and bulky waste collection and disposal at approved landfills not covered by recurring services. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 1,200,000 Euro net over 4 years. The estimated value is 100,000 Euro net per year, totaling 400,000 Euro net over 4 years.
