The sites include: Headquarters in Gödöllő, Dózsa György út 65 (Building "A" with 2,150 m² for 92 residents, Building "C-D-E-F" with 2,780 m² for 100 residents, Building "G" with 310 m², and "Teherporta" with 16 m²); Ozory House in Gödöllő, Dózsa György út 65/a (50-bed building with 1,620 m² for 50 residents, 100-bed building with 2,860 m² for 100 residents); site at Budapest, Csokonai u. 38 (820 m² for 56 residents); site at Budapest, Béla u. 18 (520 m² for 30 residents). Services include general cleaning, washing, and disinfection of offices, wet rooms, corridors, stairwells, and other service rooms such as activity rooms, dining rooms, tea kitchens, gyms, changing rooms, nurse rooms, storage rooms, electrical and mechanical rooms, as well as external and internal windows, doors, elevators, upholstery, and carpets. This also covers waste collection and transport to storage, placing plastic bags in waste bins, placing toilet paper in communal restrooms, refilling soap dispensers, and continuous replenishment as needed. Detailed tasks include daily cleaning of resident rooms (mopping/cleaning warm flooring, vacuuming, dusting furniture/fixtures/lamps/windowsills, cobweb removal, emptying bins), wet rooms (cleaning/disinfecting/descaling cold flooring/tiles/sanitary ware, manual floor mopping, emptying bins, cleaning door surfaces), corridors/passageways/stairwells (mopping cold flooring, watering plants as agreed, dusting windowsills, cleaning glass doors), nurse rooms (mopping warm flooring, wet room tasks), dining rooms/tea kitchens (mopping cold flooring 3x daily after meals, disinfecting water/hand washing areas, cleaning chairs/tables after meals, watering plants, cleaning door surfaces), activity/common areas (mopping warm flooring, emptying bins, dusting, wiping furniture, descaling/cleaning water points), changing rooms (mopping cold flooring, emptying bins, dusting on locker rows, wet room tasks), offices (mopping warm flooring, emptying bins, dusting furniture/fixtures, washing doors, dusting/vacuuming carpets, watering plants, emptying/washing vases), laundry/clean linen storage (mopping warm flooring, washing door surfaces), guest rooms/isolation rooms (as needed after each patient/guest: mopping, emptying bins, vacuuming, dusting furniture/fixtures), outdoor/terrace (emptying/washing/drying ashtrays, emptying outdoor bins, changing bin bags). Weekly tasks include disinfecting and descaling drains, disinfecting/cleaning/washing waste containers/bins/carts, mopping other storage rooms as agreed, disinfecting handrails in corridors, and disinfectant spraying of premises during declared emergency/visiting ban due to pandemic. Monthly tasks are the disinfecting cleaning of chairs and the monthly deep cleaning of office premises. Quarterly tasks include washing wheelchairs and cleaning garden furniture. Semi-annual tasks comprise dusting and washing radiators, wiping furniture tops, cleaning all glass surfaces of doors, windows, and windbreaks including frames, deep cleaning behind and under beds, nightstands, and other furniture, cleaning and mite treatment of couches and upholstered chairs, and dusting and washing chandeliers, shades, high-level building structures, mechanical pipes, and pictures including frames.
