Cleaning services for internal and external areas: Internal cleaning includes routine cleaning of sanitary/hygiene rooms (incl. sanitary containers), corridors, stairwells, halls, communication routes, elevator cabins, general purpose rooms (offices, chanceries, briefing rooms, changing rooms, military common rooms, libraries, tradition rooms, religious buildings, auditoriums, sports halls, gyms, anti-aircraft shelters, MWR), canteens, consumption rooms, tent-canteens, attics, basements, and medical facilities (ambulances, doctor's offices, treatment rooms). Additionally, upon the coordinator's instruction, the following services are provided: washing and cleaning of blinds, vertical blinds, fabric blinds, curtains (incl. removal and re-hanging); mechanical cleaning of floor surfaces in canteens and consumption rooms; mechanical floor cleaning without polishing in areas without furniture; floor cleaning, waxing, and polishing with manual scrubbing in rooms where furniture cannot be removed; mechanical floor cleaning and acrylic/polymer/wax coating (polymerization) for damaged surfaces; manual floor cleaning and acrylic/polymer/wax coating (polymerization) for new surfaces; cleaning after water/sewage/heating system failures; washing of carpets and carpet coverings; washing of upholstered furniture; cleaning and maintenance of sports field surfaces with anti-slip, professional, high-durability, abrasion-resistant products for high-traffic areas. External cleaning includes routine cleaning of green and earthy areas (incl. flowerbeds, lawns), hardened surfaces (incl. roads, sidewalks, squares), and removal of ice icicles and de-icing of gutters and downpipes on buildings. Upon the coordinator's instruction, further external cleaning services are provided: cleaning of green and earthy areas (incl. flowerbeds, lawns); cleaning of hardened surfaces (incl. roads, sidewalks, squares); cleaning of hardened surfaces (incl. roads, sidewalks, squares) during increased leaf fall for 30 days; year-round cleaning of hardened and unhardened surfaces (dirt roads); cleaning of external areas near buildings, structures, and fences from the inside; mowing grass in green areas or on building roofs; replenishing grass surfaces in green and earthy areas (incl. flowerbeds); clearing surfaces of saplings and shrubs; removal of windbreaks (trees broken during strong winds and storms); maintenance (cleaning) of military railway sidings; cleaning of 'Otrząsaczy' (concrete surfaces for removing dirt, leaves, mud from tracked vehicles); cleaning of sewage inlets, linear grates, and manholes; replenishing plant plantings in green areas and flowerbeds; cleaning of the area behind the fence (2 m wide strip), incl. cutting self-sown plants and branches from the fence, along with grass mowing; cleaning of gutters and downpipes from leaves and other solid contaminants on flat and pitched roofs; snow removal from flat roofs (as per construction law), removal of ice icicles and de-icing of gutters and downpipes; washing of glass and polycarbonate canopies over main entrances; cleaning and washing of external shelters (smoking areas); cleaning and washing of external entrance/exit gates; cleaning and washing of barriers at pass offices; cleaning and washing of information boards.
