Cleaning services for facilities of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań: cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness, including the provision of necessary cleaning agents. The contractor provides the service under their own supervision, using professional cleaning and disinfecting agents, fragrancing agents, garbage bags, and professional equipment. Additionally, fragrancing agents, toilet bowl hangers, liquid soap, paper towels, and soft toilet paper must be supplied. Cleaning covers educational rooms (lecture halls, auditoriums, exercise rooms, language rooms, laboratories, workshops, reading rooms, academic staff offices), administrative and office rooms, student dormitory rooms, kitchens, laundries, corridors, lobbies, stairwells, communication routes, utility rooms, technical rooms, gatehouses, changing rooms, elevators, toilet rooms with cabins or showers. Also included is the cleaning of other surfaces such as wall panels and covers, doors and glazed entrances (including glazed surfaces inside the building, excluding window cleaning), and balustrades. Cleaning of rooms after renovations is also included. In student dormitories, the service includes window cleaning according to Annex G. Excluded from cleaning are scientific research apparatus, research and technical laboratory equipment, computer equipment, exercise equipment, collections, exhibits, and library collections. The tender is divided into 7 lots, and bids can be submitted for up to 3 lots.
