Ultrapure Gas Supply for New Biophotonics Building

Ultrapure gas supply for the new construction of a biophotonics building: 3 bottle pressure reducer batteries (4 bottles each) for standard gases up to purity 6.0 (N₂, Ar, CO₂), 12 wall bottle holders for 12 gas bottles, approx. 1,800 m stainless steel piping (8/10 x 1 mm) for standard gases up to purity 6.0 (specially cleaned and electropolished), approx. 30 m stainless steel piping (28 x 1 mm) as blow-off line, 1 roof penetration/hood for blow-off line, approx. 40 wall penetrations (drywall, solid walls) including fire-protection-compliant closure, approx. 85 shut-off valves, 3 solenoid valves for ultrapure gases up to purity 6.0 (standard, non-aggressive), 1 control cabinet for solenoid valves, approx. 95 brass extraction points for standard gas up to purity 6.0 (nitrogen (N₂, Ar, CO₂)), 1 gas deficiency signaling system including indicator light, 2 bottle scales for CO₂, 1 gas warning system in the gas storage area including flashing lights and horn. This includes commissioning with sectional pressure testing, flushing, gas humidity measurement, weld seam inspection, maintenance/trial operation until handover, as well as workshop plan creation, documentation, and instruction.
