Reintegration and Participation Guidance for Complex Target Groups Aged 18+

Reintegration and participation guidance for complex target groups aged 18+: support for integration into work and social participation, as well as the provision of meaningful daytime activities focused on schooling, work, voluntary work, and/or personal development. Target groups include (young) adult men, (young) adult women (potentially including teenage mothers), and (young) adult delinquents. The problems are often denied by the individuals themselves, vary greatly per person, and frequently lead to nuisance and unrest in public spaces. The contract is part of a framework agreement without volume, turnover, or purchase guarantee; estimated annual case numbers are 20 men, 40 women, and 10 to 15 delinquents.
