Travel Agency Services for Flight, Train, and Bus Tickets and Visas for Business Travel

Travel agency services: Comprehensive handling of reservation, purchase, and delivery of flight, train, and bus tickets for national and international passenger transport, and intermediation in visa acquisition for Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie, related to business trips. This includes the reservation, purchase, issuance, and delivery of flight tickets (domestic and international); reservation and purchase of train tickets (domestic and international); reservation and purchase of bus tickets (domestic and international); and intermediation in obtaining and purchasing visas. For a period of 24 months, the following quantities are anticipated: 100 international flights, 20 domestic flights, 4,500 domestic train journeys, 50 international train journeys, 100 domestic bus journeys, 50 international bus journeys, and up to 20 visa procedures. The actual number of services will depend on current demand. A detailed description is provided in Annex No. 1 of the tender documents.
