Complete reconstruction of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Building B, located at Thákurova 2077/7, 166 29 Praha 6: The project includes the preparation of execution documentation and the realization of construction works, including all technology deliveries. Services comprise obtaining all necessary permits, preparing/modifying permit, execution, and as-built documentation, complete realization of the construction project, ensuring trial operation and final inspection. A 60-month warranty is provided for mechanical, technological, and structural parts of the building, along with the implementation of energy management during trial operation.
