Reconstruction of Kruno Krstić Primary School

Reconstruction of Kruno Krstić Primary School in Zadar: on the newly formed plot k.č. 6220/1 k.o. Zadar. An existing primary school building with an occupancy permit is already on the plot. The total floor dimensions of the reconstructed school are 57.75 x 155.93 m. The building is in a protected cultural-historical area; archaeological supervision will be ensured during the works. The existing building on the construction plot will be reconstructed or extended as a separate, independent unit. The scope includes earthworks, concrete works, masonry works; insulation, facade, painting, tiling, and carpentry works; works on water supply, sewerage, and hydrant network; mechanical and electrical works; installation of a photovoltaic power plant; fire alarm systems and landscaping.
