Reconstruction of school buildings for Gymnázium Brno, Řečkovice: Renovation of the existing school building, including additions for catering facilities and changing rooms, building insulation, structural modifications to the catering facilities, and related adjustments to the school's entrance area. Work will be carried out while maintaining normal school operations, with affected internal spaces to be cleared by the operator for construction. Application of the BIM method, including the creation of digital building models for as-built documentation (DSPS), cooperation in the preparation and updates of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and utilization of a common data environment (CDE) provided by the client for information storage, management, and sharing, all in accordance with the BIM protocol. Representation of the client in the approval process to obtain approval decisions or consents, potentially other decisions/consents related to the public contract, and securing permits for building changes before completion, as well as representing the client in proceedings for changes to the building before its completion.
