Reconstruction of KH Palace and extension of a pool hall for wellness and balneotherapy, Kúpele Sliač

Construction works for the reconstruction of KH Palace and the extension of a pool hall: Modification and reconstruction of affected building parts, construction of a new pool hall, wellness and balneotherapy areas including associated technological units. This includes the completion of execution project documentation, coordination of all trades, execution of construction services, installation of wellness and balneo technologies, commissioning of technologies, execution of complex tests, handover of a fully functional technological and operational unit, and provision of as-built documentation. The KH Palace object is a national cultural monument; all interventions must respect its historical, architectural, and cultural values. The project will be implemented as a general contractor under the principles of 'Yellow FIDIC'. The contract includes all project-related, engineering, construction, assembly, technological, coordination, and related activities, supplies, equipment, materials, and works necessary for a complete, functional, safe, and operational result.
