Reconstruction of a Youth Dormitory

Construction works for the reconstruction of a youth dormitory: comprehensive renovation of the existing building, modernization of interior spaces, layout adjustments, building insulation, replacement of opening elements, roof renovation, renewal of building services distribution systems (heating, sanitary, ventilation, electrical installations, low-current systems, electronic security system), reconstruction and expansion of the central boiler room, implementation of electrical supply equipment, area low-voltage distribution and outdoor lighting, modification of area roads and paved surfaces including parking spaces, construction of a new garage, replacement of the elevator. This includes all demolition works, supply and installation of technologies, tests, revisions, commissioning, and preparation of as-built documentation.
