Reconstruction of a Youth Dormitory

Construction works for the reconstruction of a youth dormitory: comprehensive renovation of the existing building including related building objects and technical infrastructure. Includes modernization of interior spaces, layout modifications, building insulation, replacement of opening structures, roof cladding reconstruction, renewal and new construction of building services distribution systems (heating, sanitary technology, ventilation, electrical installations, low-current systems, electronic security system). Also included are the reconstruction and expansion of the central boiler room, installation of electrical metering equipment, campus low-voltage distribution and outdoor lighting, modification of campus roads and paved areas including parking spaces, construction of a new garage, and elevator replacement. Associated demolition works, delivery and installation of technologies, execution of tests and revisions, commissioning of equipment, and preparation of as-built documentation are also part of the scope.
