Reconstruction of Sports Facility „Kolodrum“ into Multifunctional Sports Hall, Kazanlak – 1st Stage

Construction of a multifunctional sports hall: Reconstruction of the "Kolodrum" sports facility in Kazanlak into an indoor hall with a gross floor area of 11,258 sq.m. and a built-up area of 7,075 sq.m. The first stage includes equipping the playing field with sports flooring and equipment for basketball, volleyball, and handball, with the flooring consisting of polyurethane on a concrete base. Also included are the construction of building water connection 1, building water connection 2, and a building sewage connection. The hall offers a capacity of 1,000 standing places or up to 700 places on mobile stands for events in the sports area, as well as up to 700 seats on modular, mobile, telescopic stands near the playing field and 1,150 seats on the main spectator stands. The construction is classified as Category II.
