Reconstruction of Kolodrum Sports Facility into Multifunctional Sports Hall, Phase 1, Kazanlak

Construction of a multifunctional sports hall: Gross floor area 11,258 sq.m., built-up area 7,075 sq.m. The first phase includes the reconstruction of the "Kolodrum" sports facility into an indoor multifunctional sports hall, providing the playing field with sports flooring and equipment for basketball, volleyball, and handball. The playing field will feature durable polyurethane flooring on a concrete base. Also planned are Building Water Connection 1, Building Water Connection 2, and a Building Sewage Connection. The hall's capacity for events in the sports area is 1,000 standing places or up to 700 on movable stands. Modular, movable, telescopic stands for up to 700 seats near the playing field are planned. The main spectator stands offer 1,150 seats.
