Reconstruction and landscaping for Mladezhka Street and Nikola Mushanov Square in Plovdiv

Reconstruction and landscaping of Mladezhka Street and Nikola Mushanov Square: complete reconstruction and enhancement, expansion of pedestrian areas for cultural events, maintenance of vehicle traffic with access to the square and the possibility of restriction if necessary. Existing plant species are preserved except for those designated for removal; new green areas are designed. Construction of a new network of pedestrian paths with recreation areas and a square with fountains, a new lighting network, new children's play equipment, new grass and tree landscaping, and new irrigation systems. The total area is approximately 36,000 m², divided into properties 56784.518.1318 (30,150 m²) and 56784.518.1819 (6,152 m²).
