Reconstruction and Rehabilitation of Municipal Road PDV2130 (III-861) Laki-Krushevo-Manastir in Laki Municipality

Construction and assembly works for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of municipal road PDV2130 (III-861) Laki-Krushevo-Manastir in Laki Municipality, Plovdiv region: improvement of the operational condition of the pavement, verges, and all road accessories to ensure load-bearing capacity, evenness, traffic safety, travel comfort, and surface water drainage. The section starts at conditional km 0+000.00 (approx. 300.00 m from the intersection with republican road III-861) and ends at the boundary of Manastir village, with a total length of 19.500 km. The route passes through mountainous terrain and the settlements of Laki (from conditional km 0+000 to km 0+980 m) and Manastir (from conditional km 18+300 to km 19+450). The existing road width outside settlements varies from 6.00-8.50 m to 8.00-10.50 m. In Laki, the carriageway width is 2*3.50 - 4.50 m and sidewalks are 2*1.50 - 2.50 m; in Manastir, the carriageway width is 2*3.50 - 4.00 m and sidewalks are 2*1.50 - 2.50 m. Four road intersections are present. Surface drainage is via road ditches/trenches and culverts outside regulated areas, and regulated concrete curbs and storm drains in Laki and Manastir; these drainage facilities require cleaning, repair, and shaping. Verges and ditches show vegetation and deposits, rock slopes are eroded, and the pavement is in poor condition with cracks, unevenness, and potholes. The project also includes road design (incl. traffic management), geodesy, fire safety, health and safety plan, and construction waste management plan, as well as 3 detail schemes. Specific works and quantities are detailed in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) and Bill of Quantities (Form No. 2.1).
