Reconstruction of parts of Kačina Castle with new exhibition

Construction and restoration works: Reconstruction of a part of the basement of NZM Kačina at Svatý Mikuláš 51, 284 01 Kutná Hora. Includes the renewal of degraded plaster surfaces and complete painting, installation of ventilated floors, renewal of floor surfaces, creation of an external ventilated cavity near the castle bath rooms, renewal of opening fillings, renewal of technical equipment (plumbing installations, electrical installations, fire alarm system, electronic security system), provision of heating for part of the room, ventilation of new sanitary facilities, replacement of lighting including exhibition lighting, and adjustment (sloping) of the immediate building surroundings and the gutter sidewalk for rainwater drainage. Works will be carried out under the supervision of heritage authorities and include restoration works in the castle bath areas.
