Repair and Maintenance of Lecture Hall Seating

Repair and maintenance of lecture hall seating: disassembly and reassembly work, repair and maintenance work, partial replacement of individual components, and partial complete replacement of defined seating areas. Optional material deliveries, as well as functional and safety checks, are included. The service primarily consists of maintenance and repair of lecture hall seating, with minor supply components for spare parts and components. Mandatory participation in a site visit is planned during the bidding phase. Alternative bids are not permitted. Eligibility criteria include minimum professional requirements for personnel (fitters/foremen for disassembly, assembly, repair, and maintenance of permanently installed seating), company references for comparable services in lecture hall seating/permanently installed seating in assembly venues, and capacity and deadline commitments for execution during semester breaks and, if applicable, during the winter semester. A maximum of five suitable companies will be invited to submit bids, further items as per the tender documents.
