Repair of brake hydraulic units for CAF trams

Repair of brake hydraulic units for CAF trams: Restoration of the original design, functionality, and technical parameters of the units. Estimated total quantity: 80 units over 24 months under a framework agreement. Quantities specified in the price table are experienced quantities for 12 months for bid evaluation; actual quantities procured under the contract may differ. The contracting authority commits to issuing orders for 70% of the total value specified in the framework agreement. The bidder must possess the necessary tools, special machines, and qualified personnel, provide repair instructions/technology (within 15 calendar days of contract effectiveness), adhere to a delivery deadline not exceeding 120 calendar days, allow intermediate inspections, undertake free transport of parts to be repaired and return of repaired/removed parts, ensure integrity of repaired parts during transport and storage, provide measurement protocols as per technical description, and hand over removed/replaced parts simultaneously with repaired parts. Orders will be sent exclusively via email. The bidder must be a transparent organization as per Section 3 (1) of Act CXCVI of 2011 on National Assets and provide a declaration regarding the prohibition on awarding contracts under Article 5k (1) of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014.
