Reprographic Services and Finishing

Reprographic Services: Standard reprographic work (color and black-and-white prints from A6 to A0), finishing (binding booklets, folding, stapling, creasing, laminating), supply of necessary materials (adhesives), supply of folders, tabs, greyboard, transparencies, labels, ring binders, tubes, execution of simple document adjustments (DTP) on the supplied documents, supply of standard products (business cards, badge cards, envelopes, roll-up banners), secure printing of exams and diplomas, printing and sending of greeting cards, pre-printed envelopes, and storage and delivery of corporate design items. Excluded from the scope are the production of letterhead and securities, promotional print materials (commissioned by the Marketing and Communications department), and the supply and printing of merchandise and textiles. Approximately 1,650 orders per year are expected (based on 2025 figures).
