Design, management, and delivery of a Shared Island Media Fund Talent Development and Content Development Initiative for Audiovisual Content: strengthening professional capability within the audiovisual sector, facilitating collaboration between practitioners across the island of Ireland, and supporting the development of high-quality audiovisual projects. Services include designing and delivering a structured program of workshops, masterclasses, mentoring, networking events, and audiovisual content development activities; developing and implementing a fair, open, and transparent recruitment and selection process for participants; facilitating collaboration between audiovisual practitioners; providing experienced facilitators, mentors, and industry specialists; supporting participants in the development of audiovisual projects with production potential; managing program delivery, stakeholder engagement, administration, and communications; monitoring program delivery and performance; and providing progress reports, financial reporting, and a final program evaluation report as per Appendix 1.
