Reservation of a Virtual Server in Microsoft Cloud for MOODLE

Provision of cloud resources in Microsoft Azure on a subscription basis: Reservation of a virtual server for 3 years for the installation and operation of a Moodle platform for e-learning and distance education. The scope of services includes one Linux virtual machine for Moodle, managed disks for the operating system and data, public network connectivity with a static public IP address, Azure VM backup service with LRS redundancy, centralized management, monitoring, administration, and optimization of resources, and support via an electronic platform. Minimum VM requirements: Microsoft Azure VM of type Standard_E20as_v5 or equivalent/better, minimum 20 vCPU, minimum 160 GB RAM, Linux operating system, 3 years Reserved Capacity, Premium Storage support. Storage and archiving: 1 managed OS disk P4, 64 GB-LRS; 1 managed data disk Premium SSD P40-LRS; Azure Backup for 1 VM instance up to 2 TB-LRS, Standard tier. Network requirements: static public IP address, Public IP Prefix (if applicable), minimum 500 GB monthly outbound internet traffic. Management, security, and support: centralized management interface in Microsoft Azure, monitoring, optimization, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, electronic platform for support requests. A functional Helpdesk system with 24-hour support, national coverage (0700/0800 numbers), and a web-based interface is required. The contract starts on 15.10.2026 and has a duration of 3 years from the activation of services. Service activation occurs within two days of the contract's effective date.
