Restoration works for the Basilica Notre-Dame de Basse-Wavre: Supply of scaffolding for interior and exterior works with a protective roof for roofing and carpentry, including the installation of printed and micro-perforated protective tarpaulins on the facades; renewal of the entire dilapidated roof covering; restoration and treatment of roof structures and floors; reconstruction of the roof structure of the Marian chapel; rationalization of the rainwater drainage system; adaptation of the sewage system; facade cleaning; restoration and protection of facade masonry; stabilization and sealing of cracks; restoration of main exterior joinery; renewal of dilapidated secondary exterior joinery and shutters; renewal of roof windows; treatment of paneling, confessionals, pulpit, stalls, etc. against xylophagous insects; cleaning and replacement of broken or missing floor tiles; partial stripping of finishes, treatment of fungi, and restoration of finishes in the Marian chapel; renovation of plasters and repainting of interior walls; restoration of the ceiling structure of the central nave and choir, and partial reconstruction of lath and plaster finishes.
