Breast cancer screening services and clinical mammography examinations for the Central Finland wellbeing services county: Provision of breast cancer screenings according to the national screening program and Health Care Act (1326/2010), with approximately 16,628 invited persons in 2025 and a participation rate of approximately 85%. Additionally, approximately 1,100 clinical mammography examinations per year (approx. 21 per week) to supplement own production. The number of purchased screening examinations in 2025 was approximately 13,600 units. The estimated total value for clinical mammographies is approximately 664,000 EUR, and for screening examinations approximately 1,980,000 EUR. Partial bids are allowed.
