Expansion of RIS/PACS systems for the Wojewódzki Szpital im. Zofii z Zamoyskich Tarnowskiej in Tarnobrzeg: delivery, installation, configuration, and implementation of system modules, full integration with existing IT systems, provision of perpetual, one-time paid licenses. The service includes the delivery and implementation of IT equipment, consisting of 2 RIS/PACS servers and 1 NAS array, the installation, implementation, configuration, and launch of the software on client-specified hardware, the provision of test documentation (test plan, scenarios, test cases), the execution of acceptance and integration tests, the training of staff and system users, and the provision of required documentation. Warranty services for a minimum of 36 months from final system acceptance and 10 additional person-days of implementation team work are included.
