Notice title: Rámcová dohoda na poskytování transakčního a strategického poradenství
Framework Agreement for Transactional and Strategic Consulting: Duration 4 years or until a financial limit of 250,000,000 CZK without VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. The agreement will be concluded with up to 10 participants. Services include specialized consulting and assistance in resolving financial market crises, particularly in assessing and applying measures for the transfer of activities to a private acquirer, a bridge institution, or an asset management entity, as well as assistance in evaluating business reorganization plans according to Czech Act No. 374/2015 Coll. (ZOPRK). Individual contracts will be awarded via mini-tenders through the E-ZAK system.
